All UK orders over £40 will receive free express delivery. Orders outside of the UK will receive free standard delivery when spending over £60.All of orders are tracked. Occasionally, shipping time may vary for delivery reasons beyond our control. Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for these issues but will do our best to help and assist you.

Custom and Import fees

Items shipped internationally may be subject to custom taxed and import duties, which vary for each country. Lipbay London are not responsible for these costs, these cost are to be paid by the recipient. If you fail to accept your parcel it will be returned to Lipbay London and the charges incurred including shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Returns

Although we hope you love your order, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product we have made the process extremely easy for you. Email our customer care support team with your order number within 14 days of the order.  Upon receiving your returns request we will email you a returns form.             

To qualify for a full refund all items must be in their original packaging and all items must be unused; emptied, refilled or used will not qualify for a refund.

Fill out the returns form including your name and order number, and state whether you would like an exchange or refundRepack your item in its original packaging and include your completed returns form.Please send all returns to:

Always keep a proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
